Return Policy

Mediabridge offers a no questions asked return policy and is 100% committed to your satisfaction.

Please note that all products sold by Mediabridge Products are exactly as pictured and described on our product detail pages. If you have questions about any of our products that are not answered on the product detail page, please call us at 856-216-8222 before placing your order. When you call Mediabridge you will be connected to a live customer service representative and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Please do not order if you are unsure whether the product will meet your needs. While we will accept your return regardless of the reason, you will be responsible for shipping charges both to and from your location unless the product is defective. It is much easier to order the right product for the application from the outset. Call us and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of shipment.

Returns fall under two categories:

• Buyer Remorse
• Defective Product

In all cases, when returning products, the buyer must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number such as USPS, UPS, & FedEx. You must request and retain a copy of the tracking number and make it available to Mediabridge if we request it. If we do not receive your return, we cannot issue a credit.
