Shipping Policy

The Mediabridge shipping department operates Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and is located in Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.

All orders placed by 1pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 1pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

Mediabridge offers *FREE SHIPPING for orders over $10.00. This promotion only applies to orders placed on www.mediabridgeproducts.com.

* IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders with standard shipping methods, "USPS First Class" and "USPS Priority" are free of charge for orders over $10.00. The approximate time in transit for orders with a standard shipping method selected is 2 - 10 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please select an expedited shipping method such as UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day Air as these delivery times are Guaranteed by UPS.

When choosing your shipping option, please remember that we, like you, are relying on shipping companies to deliver our packages to you quickly. Typical transit times for USPS First Class, USPS Priority and UPS Ground are as outlined below, however, Mediabridge has no control over the actual transit time once we ship it. For rush orders that require delivery by a certain date, it is recommended that you choose one of the UPS Expedited Services (UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day Air) as these delivery times are Guaranteed by UPS.
