Will this cable handle the 2A+ that larger phones and tablets require to charge quickly?

Yes, we use 26AWG conductors and have tested this cable to sustain over 2.4A.

What is the difference between Mini-USB and Micro-USB?

This cable is a Micro-USB cable. Micro-USB is currently the most common connection for today’s devices such as Android smart phones and phablets, Amazon Kindle / Kindle Fire and many electronics accessories. Mini-USB is still used for some newer devices but is mostly found on devices manufactured prior to 2007. Micro-USB connectors and ports are smaller than Mini-USB cables and ports.

Will this fit through the opening on my case?

The outer dimensions of the Micro connector are 11mm x 8 mm at the widest points. This cable will fit into most cases’ openings. It will not fit a LifeProof case.

Does this cable support QuickCharge 2.0 technology?

Yes, this cable is capable of passing the higher power rates from a QuickCharge compatible charger to a QuickCharge compatible phone.

Will this work with my phone that has a USB 3.0 Micro-USB port? (ie: Samsung Salaxy S5, S6, Note 4 etc)

Yes, the improvements in USB 3.0 only apply to data transfer. The USB 3.0 port will look larger but this cable will fit on the left side of the port which as stayed the same.
